We’ve had many houses and many laundry rooms, and this has been one of my favorites. It is furnished with lots of cupboards, drawers, a utility sink, and the room is big enough to store mops, brooms, vacuum, ironing board, and the like without using essential floor space. It is an interior room and was redesigned in 2008 to add an ADA entrance to the guest bathroom, which also added a short-cut through the house to the kitchen.
