There are five bedrooms total: Two upstairs and three downstairs. All have hard wood flooring, generous closets, and large quality windows that look out onto various parts of the property’s beautiful landscaping.
Bedroom One, near the house’s front door, is the smallest of the five rooms but is still generously sized and can fit a queen bedroom set. The deep closet runs the width of the room. A full bathroom is right across from the bedroom for convenience.
Bedroom Two is from the original 1971 house and was part of the 2008-09 new addition. The original bedroom closet is spacious for hanging clothes, and the second closet gives plenty of shelf storage. Large sunny windows look out onto the pond and garden. If you don’t need five bedrooms, this exceptional space would make a great family room, media room, art studio, or an office. The room is ADA accessible with a wide doorway and smooth flooring.
Bedroom Three on the ground floor is the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Everything about this room is generous and spacious. The entrance the room, to the closet, and to the bathroom were all thoughtfully remodeled for accessibility. Bedroom Three has French doors leading outside onto a small deck and is quiet and private. The west-facing windows look out onto the back garden.
Bedroom Four is upstairs, on the southwest side of the house, and has a private balcony to step out and enjoy the view it offers. It is considered a second ensuite bedroom because the hall door can be closed off from the catwalk balcony, making the bathroom entrance private (of course, it can also be shared with Bedroom Five). This room is part of the 2008-09 renovations, is above the primary bedroom, and has lovely bamboo flooring, three spacious closets, and an unfinished storage attic.
Bedroom Five is off the upstairs balcony catwalk on the opposite end from bedroom Four. This generously-sized room is original to the 1970’s house with built-in cupboards, a large clothes closet, and updated bamboo flooring. Despite the view onto the garage roof, the windows provide ample daylight. If not used as a bedroom, it would make a great office, hobby room or art studio. It is a welcoming space.
