This is a cute little guest house and has been loved by all who have lived there!

The house was original to the 1970s farm and is recorded as a second home on the property, not as an ADU. It shares the same address and the same well water source. The cottage has its own meter and its own septic system.

The cottage has its own carport and garden area.
The cottage was originally the left half in the 1970s, then the right half was added on.
The owners have painted and updated the cottage with awnings and new windows.
The wrap-around deck is a lovely space for enjoying the private view.
New windows were added in 2021.
This is the main door, although most people enter through the big sliding glass door.
The shed got a make-over, too.
The inside of the shed has electricity and is weather tight.
The cottage has its own yard.
