The shop is a great bonus building we appreciate!
Over the past few years, the sellers painted the inside and outside, added ceiling insulation and a fresh floor coating. In 2020, the bathroom was completely renovated to make a practical extra space to wash up or take a shower.
Lots of lighting make it a great workspace. The wood stove can raise the air temperature in the winter, and the powerful exhaust fan can lower it in the heat of summer.
The two side slider doors can be opened to bring in/out large equipment( and also to create a breeze in the summer).
The work benches and sturdy shelves can be included in the sale. There are a couple tiny bats that call the rafters their home, too.
